Cure the Cycle Challenge/Tour of Napa Ride

All of the routes (100, 65, 40, 35) will start and end at the historic Veterans Home complex in Yountville located at 100 California Dr., Yountville, California.  The Cure the Cycle Challenge is an official part of the 41st Annual Tour of Napa Ride sponsored by Eagle Cycling Club. More than 2000 cyclists participate in the Tour of Napa each year.  We're going to have a blast!

ALL CHALLENGE RIDERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE CURE THE CYCLE CHALLENGE DESK (not the Tour of Napa desk). Look for the white Challenge Tent and banner next to the bandstand.
Day of ride check-in times at the Vets Home:
100 Mile: 6:30-7:15 a.m. (must leave by 7:30 a.m.)
65 Mile: 7:00-8:30 a.m. (must leave by 9:00 a.m.)
40 Mile: 7:30-8:30 am (must leave by 9:30 a.m.)
35 Mile: 7:30-8:30 a.m. (must leave by 9:30 a.m.)
 
Your Challenge cycling jersey, route maps and sag wagon phone numbers will be available at check in.

START/FINISH:  Veterans Home Complex, Yountville, 100 California Dr., Yountville, CA. 
RIDER SUPPORT:  Rest stops are provided approximately every 20 miles for all routes, supplied with water, refreshments, cookies, bagels, potatoes, fresh fruit, etc. Please carry a water bottle into the rest stops - we will have no disposable cups in the interest of conservation. Detailed route sheet with map and mileage will be provided for each route at check in. Road direction arrows and a radio-dispatched Challenge Rider SAG support van will be available.  Please pay attention to rest stop opening times so you don't arrive before they are open. Rest stops close at 4:00 PM.
LUNCH: Please join us for the post-ride lunch served between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM at the white Challenge Tent (located by the grass field adjacent to the bandstand)
SAFETY:  The event is not a race. Please ride safely, be courteous, and obey all traffic laws to avoid being issued a citation for running stop signs, etc.  RIDE SINGLE FILE on all roads.  All Riders must wear a helmet at all times, no exceptions. Riders without helmets will be asked to leave the course by the Tour of Napa officials.
